Welcome to My French Galentine – a Carmichael Staycation event to kick-off your year right.
Here’s the details:
Thursday, February 5
- 3-5 pm Check-in to your room at the Carmichael Hotel in Carmel, join Sunny in the Galentine Suite for charcuterie and pastries from Le Petit Gateau
- 4:45-5 pm Board the Paris Express (Party Bus) to begin our Travel Tasting Experience
- 5-7 pm French Wines Tasting Experience at Total Wine in Carmel. Master Sommelier will walk us through the finer notes of French wines.
- 7:15-8:30 pm French Hors d’oeuvres Tasting Experience at Josephine in downtown Carmel with wine pairing
- 8:45-10 pm French Bourbon and filets Tasting Experience at 1933 Lounge in Carmel
Friday, February 6
- 9-11 am Massage et brunch in Galentine Suite with licensed therapists from IN Massage School providing en suite massages. Brunch by Carmichael.
- 12 pm Check out of Carmichael
